We believe that the rewards of real estate investing should be made available to a wider circle of Americans. The high returns of commercial real estate need not be the sole province of the super-rich or those who have spent a career in real estate. While we welcome experienced real estate investors, we also make room for those who are seeking to simply diversify the asset classes of their investments from traditional stock and bond investing and/or low interest bank accounts.

What We Do
Typically, we seek to raise 30-40% private equity for individual commercial real estate deals having a five to seven year hold period. Our goal is to achieve highly attractive returns for private investors. We strive for results that are generally superior to bank interest, stock dividend payments and other investment instruments typically available to individuals. Some of these investments may have inherent tax advantages as well. Knowles Partners also operates a residential tax recovery business.
Knowles Partners spearheads groups of investors, owners and industry-educated individuals in multi-family real estate acquisitions and operations. We seek above average returns in emerging real estate markets regionally and nationally for our sophisticated and accredited private investors.
